BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 19. Today's meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan put up for discussion the issue of registration of authorized representatives of Future Azerbaijan, Musavat, Azad Vatan, Vahdat, and Adalat parties in the extraordinary parliamentary election scheduled for September 1, the secretary of Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission Arifa Mukhtarova said, TurkicWorld reports.
The issue was put to a vote and adopted.
To note, on June 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree dissolving the sixth convocation of the Azerbaijani Parliament and scheduling a snap election for September 1.
