BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has congratulated Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Day of Restoration of Independence, the OTS wrote on its X page, TurkicWorld reports.
"On the 33rd Anniversary of the Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Government and brotherly people of Azerbaijan, with best wishes for continued development, stability and prosperity," the publication says.
