BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 3. As part of the official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, visited the National Academic Library and donated a collection of books published by the Foundation, TurkicWorld reports.
During the visit, a meeting was held between the President of the Foundation and the Director of the National Academic Library, Mrs. Kumis Seitova. The parties highlighted the special role of libraries in preserving the shared values of the Turkic world and transmitting them to future generations.
The Director of the National Academic Library emphasized that the books donated by the Foundation constitute a valuable spiritual and intellectual asset for the academic community and readers.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the sides expressed their intention to continue joint efforts toward the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
