BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 13, President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini has arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit, with discussions expected on the development of bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between the two countries.
According to reports, Peter Pellegrini arrived in Azerbaijan on July 13. The aircraft carrying the Slovak leader landed at Fuzuli International Airport.
The flags of Azerbaijan and Slovakia were displayed at the airport, and a guard of honor was lined up in accordance with official protocol.
The Slovak President was welcomed at the airport by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov and other officials.
During the visit, Azerbaijani and Slovak officials are expected to discuss opportunities for expanding cooperation in political, economic, and other areas.
Peter Pellegrini’s visit is considered an important step in strengthening relations between Azerbaijan and Slovakia and enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
