BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 24. The Lachin Climate Action Dialogue Forum, featuring the participation of members of the diplomatic corps and military attachés accredited in the Republic of Azerbaijan, has kicked off, TurkicWorld reports.
The forum is also attended by representatives of embassies and international organizations located in Baku.
