BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 13. Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Sergei Shoigu Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, the Kremlin press service reports, TurkicWorld reports.
According to information, Vladimir Putin signed a corresponding decree in this regard.
The decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
