BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 7. Azerbaijan Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Kazakhstan’s Defense Minister, Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov and other officials watched the next stage of the "Khazri-2023" Joint Tactical Exercises, TurkicWorld reports.
