BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 24. First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army Colonel General Karim Valiyev, who is on a visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, along with the delegation he leads, arrived at the Koktal training ground in Almaty, TurkicWorld reports, referring to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
After getting the lay of the land at the training ground, Colonel General Valiyev made his way to the command-control point to keep an eye on the tactical episode of the Altyn Kyran-2024 (Golden Eagle - 2024) joint tactical-special exercise.
Then a meeting was held with the servicemen of both countries to join forces in the exercise. The servicemen who stood out from the crowd during the exercise were awarded medals and received valuable gifts.
The Altyn Kyran-2024 combined tactical-special exercise was characterized by the meticulous and expert completion of all assigned duties.
