BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 23. “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC is introducing several innovations to improve the quality of service and create added value in passenger transportation, head of Azerbaijan Railways' passenger transportation department Azer Farajov said at a briefing on innovations in the service sphere, TurkicWorld reports.
He noted that the company is set to roll out the loyalty program on September 23, 2024.
“This program provides commuter train passengers through the ‘ADY Mobile’ application with more affordable and convenient travel options, a cashback of 3 percent from trips, and a bonus on registration, participation in surveys, and evaluations. The loyalty program will operate in test mode for a week,” Farajov said.
