BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 22. The delegation of Azerbaijan is taking part in the UN Future Summit, which officially started with the adoption of the Pact on the Future, TurkicWorld reports.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Yalcin Rafiyev said this on his social media page.
"The Future Summit has just begun with the adoption of the Pact for the Future. This event will be an important platform for discussing ways to address current and future challenges, including the climate crisis, for the benefit of all humanity and future generations", he wrote.
Azerbaijan's participation in the summit underlines the country's commitment to international cooperation and finding solutions to global challenges. Topics discussed include climate change, water management and social justice.
