SHUSHA, Azerbaijan, July 13. The South Caucasus should not be perceived as an arena for geopolitical confrontation. Azerbaijan prevented this, President Ilham Aliyev said at the opening of the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum.
He said that Azerbaijan did not become a victim of geopolitical intrigues and did not allow any foreign actors to use Azerbaijan.
