BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 8, The US Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that more than 20 US Navy warships are currently operating across the Middle East as part of efforts to maintain regional security.
In a statement published on X, CENTCOM said the naval deployments demonstrate the United States' continued commitment to safeguarding stability and protecting strategic maritime routes in the region.
The command added that the recent movements of US naval forces reflect “unmatched American military strength and firepower.”
The announcement comes amid heightened tensions across the Middle East and increased military activity in key maritime areas.
