Pakistan PM meets Chinese President Xi Jinping during Beijing visit

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 25. Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met Chinese President Xi Jinping during his official visit to Beijing, as international diplomatic efforts continue amid regional tensions and broader geopolitical developments.

TurkicWorld reports that according to Chinese state news agency Xinhua, the meeting took place after Sharif held earlier talks with Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang. Pakistan's delegation also included Field Marshal Asim Munir, who accompanied the prime minister during the visit.

The high-level discussions are taking place as several countries continue diplomatic efforts aimed at addressing instability in the Middle East and reducing regional tensions.
