Based on the intergovernmental agreement on air traffic between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, on February 21, 2024, the Uzaviation Agency issued a permit for regular flights to Uzbekistan to AJet Airlines. Flights on the Ankara – Tashkent – Ankara route will be operated on B737-800.
The AJet was registered in July 2023. The low-cost airline operates flights from the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and Ankara Esenboğa Airport.
