BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 5. Azerbaijani Ambassador Rahman Mustafayev has presented his credentials to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, TurkicWorld reports via the Kremlin’s website.
President Putin has received the credentials of 28 newly appointed ambassadors from foreign countries.
To note, Rahman Mustafayev was appointed Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia per the decree signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on October 1.
