BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. As many as 56 new cafes and restaurants have been installed at the Baku Olympic Stadium, Head of the catering and waste utilization department of the Azerbaijani operating company COP29 Anar Zeynalov told reporters, TurkicWorld reports.
He pointed out that there are four catering kitchens up and running on the stadium grounds.
"Three kitchens are functioning in the Blue Zone and one in the Green Zone. Fifty-six new cafes and eateries have been established within the stadium premises. One restaurant will provide national cuisine, while another will feature international cuisine," he said.
Note that the Blue Zone is for people registered with the UN body tasked with coordinating the global response to the threat of climate change – the UNFCCC. The Green Zone is delivered by the COP's host country (called the Presidency).
