BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. Starting tomorrow, passenger vehicles will be prohibited from using the lanes designated for the COP29 conference on several streets in Baku, TurkicWorld reports.
The deadline for the permit issued on October 15 by the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has now expired.
Beginning November 1, drivers entering the COP29 lanes will be fined 100 manat ($58.82) and receive 3 penalty points.
