BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 24. Governor of the Rostov Region of the Russian Federation Vasily Golubev announced the cancellation of all public events in Rostov-on-Don, the governor wrote in his Telegram channel, TurkicWorld reports.
"There has been made a decision to cancel all mass events that were scheduled for the weekend in Rostov-on-Don," Golubev wrote.
