BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 7. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree approving the composition of the Supervisory Board of the "Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON)" public legal entity, TurkicWorld reports.
