BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 1. Yemen’s Tur al-Bahah axis, affiliated with the internationally recognized Yemeni government forces, says it has repelled a large-scale offensive by the Houthis.
“Our forces thwarted a large-scale Houthi attack on all fronts of the axis and eliminated all its attacking formations,” the axis’s media centre said in a Facebook statement, without providing further details.
Earlier, Yemen’s government forces said they had carried out six air strikes against Houthi positions in the al-Akboosh area and on battle fronts in Haifan district, southeast of Taiz.
