BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 17. Gaza’s Health Ministry has reported that five Palestinians were killed and 28 others wounded over the past 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily statistical report, three of the deaths were newly recorded, while two other people died from injuries sustained earlier.
The ministry said that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, a total of 1,386 Palestinians have been killed and 4,784 wounded. It added that 831 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble during the same period.
The ministry also reported that the collapse of the al-Saada building left 21 people dead and more than 14 others injured, while several people remain missing. The latest incident brings the reported death toll from building collapses in Gaza to 61.
