BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 21. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is extremely concerned about the grave risk of nuclear weapons use, the official representative of the head of the world organization Stephane Dujarric said at a briefing, commenting on reports about a secret US strategic plan, TurkicWorld reports.
"The Secretary-General is very concerned about the high risk of the use of nuclear weapons," he said.
Dujarric noted that the UN emphasizes the importance of "dialogue and diplomacy to eliminate the nuclear threat."
