Welcome to the International Universal Exhibition-Fair "Kids Expo:
everything for children," which will take place on
August 19-22, 2024, in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION:
"Kids Expo: everything for children" is a platform where companies operating in the field of
childcare services can showcase their innovative products and services, enriching the
market with new opportunities. "Kids Expo" not only provides a platform for enterprises but
also serves as an open window to the Turkmenistan market. The exhibition's exposition aims
to attract the attention of international partners, investors, and representatives of the
children's industry from around the world.
GENERAL VISA INFORMATION
All foreign participants visiting Turkmenistan must obtain a visa before or upon arrival to the
country. There are three steps to getting a visa to Turkmenistan.
STEP 1
Participant Agreement To attend the Exhibition-Fair, please sign the Agreement with
Turkmen Expo (TE) team and pay the accompanying fees. Then, TE will:
Assist you in gathering all necessary documents for a letter of invitation (LOI);
Apply for an LOI with the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan;
Send you an issued LOI and assist you with airplane tickets and hotel bookings.
STEP 2. Letter of invitation (LOI)
To get the LOI, you should send the following documents to TE team:
Complete Application form which will be sent to you in PDF format;
A quality color scan copy of Your passport with a minimum of 2 vacant pages for a visa,
which is valid for no fewer than 6 months until the date of your arrival;
A quality 5x6 photo made within no earlier than 6 months;
A confirmation of the hotel reservation, which is provided by TE following the Participant
Agreement.
*Please note that it takes 10 to 14 days for the Department of the State Migration Service
of Turkmenistan to issue a letter of invitation.
