BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 13. 108 illegal migrants and three suspected people smugglers detained on the coast of Mugla province in Türkiye, TurkicWorld reports.
82 of these individuals were detained in the Milas district and 26 in the Fethiye district of Mugla province. Eight of these individuals, who tried to illegally cross from Türkiye to another country on rubber boats and sailboats, are minors.
During the operation to detain the migrants, three suspects were detained who were allegedly helping them.
This group of 108 foreigners was handed over to the Turkish Migration Directorate.
