BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 29. Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov has sent a congratulatory letter to the Vice President of Türkiye Cevdet Yilmaz on the occasion of the national holiday of Türkiye - Republic Day, TurkicWorld reports via the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers.
The letter said that Türkiye is becoming one of the strongest and rapidly developing countries, and Azerbaijan, as a brotherly country, rejoices and takes pride in its achievements and growing authority in the world.
Moreover, the letter emphasized that the declaration made by the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, "One nation—two states" not only embodies the brotherhood, unity, and solidarity of our peoples, but also embodies the fundamental nature of our bilateral relations.
As a result of the joint efforts of the heads of state, Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Azerbaijan and Türkiye today are the closest countries to each other in the world.
The letter expressed confidence that the relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, which have reached a peak of partnership following the Shusha Declaration, will continue to develop successfully.
