BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 15. The negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia consists of two components, and one of them is physical meetings, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters on the sidelines of COP29, TurkicWorld reports.
"Of course, this has its own significance. At present, Azerbaijan's main attention is focused on COP. Therefore, it is impossible to hold face-to-face meetings until December.
Whether it will take place in December or January is another question. There is no concrete agreement on this yet. In addition to physical meetings, work on the document continues. This work does not stop at present," he added.
