BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 15. Green hydrogen is a key element of Azerbaijan's strategy to diversify its energy export portfolio and promote decarbonization policy, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said during the Ministerial Meeting on the COP29 Energy Initiatives, TurkicWorld reports.
