BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 28. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov commented on the possibility of potential talks between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Russia in the near future, TurkicWorld reports, citing TASS.
"The decision on whether President Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan will meet during BRICS or CIS events in Russia remains with them," he said, adding that Moscow is ready to fulfill its obligations.
At the beginning of October, a meeting of the heads of the CIS countries will take place in Moscow, and the BRICS summit will be at the end of the same month.
