BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 27. The Trump administration is close to approving the restoration of access to Anthropic’s Fable 5 artificial intelligence model, according to a report by Axios citing a source familiar with the matter.
TurkicWorld reports that neither Anthropic nor the White House immediately responded to requests for comment on the reported development.
The report comes after Anthropic reportedly disabled access to its most advanced AI systems, including the Mythos 5 and Fable 5 models, following a US government export control order issued on June 12.
The restriction had previously applied to all users, effectively suspending public access to the company’s frontier AI models amid regulatory concerns over advanced artificial intelligence technologies.
