Kazakhstan’s Anastasia Gorodko won silver at the FIS Freestyle Moguls World Cup stage in Val St. Coma, Canada, TurkicWorld reports citing Kazinform.
On her way to silver, Anastasia beat moguls Olympic champion Perrine Laffont in the women’s singles semifinals.
The latter took home bronze.
In the finals, she lost to Jaelin Kauf from the U.S.
Another Kazakhstani athlete Yulia Galysheva finished ninth, while Ayaulym Amrenova was placed 13th
Notably, Kazakhstan claims three medals at FIS Freestyle Moguls World Junior Championships in Almaty.
