COP29 President, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Mukhtar Babayev discussed shared goals of COP29 with the UN Secretary-General's Special Adviser on Climate Action and Just Transition Selwin Hart, the COP29 wrote on its X page, TurkicWorld reports.
"COP29 President-Designate Mukhtar Babayev met with UAssistant Secretary-General for Climate Action at the UN Selwin Hart to discuss shared goals for COP29 and shared efforts before the conference begins in Baku in fewer than 50 days," the publication says.
