BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 11. Representatives of the chambers of commerce and industry of the Caspian states will gather in Astrakhan this October for the 21st meeting of the International Council for Business Cooperation, the source at the Ministry of Foreign Relations of the Astrakhan Region told TurkicWorld.
"On October 30-31, the 21st meeting of the International Council for Business Cooperation of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of the Caspian countries will be held in Astrakhan.
Representatives from government authorities and business circles from Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Turkmenistan will attend the event.
The meeting will also feature experts, scientists, and leaders of public organizations from Caspian states," the ministry said.
The event, titled "Business-minded Caspian," will be organized by the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union.
The aim of the meeting is to strengthen cooperation between the CCIs, businesses, and relevant structures of the Caspian states, as well as to discuss prospects for the region's trade and economic development.
