BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 8. Bahrain has strongly condemned attacks carried out by the Houthi rebels against several civilian, economic and vital facilities in Saudi Arabia, saying the strikes injured civilians, including women and children.
In a statement, Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry also denounced the continued targeting of commercial vessels in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.
The ministry described the latest attacks as a dangerous escalation and a flagrant violation of international law. It expressed full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and backed measures taken by Riyadh to protect its sovereignty, security and stability, as well as its citizens, residents, territory and critical infrastructure.
