The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed on Sunday the announcement of the formation of the Syrian government, hoping it will fulfill the aspirations of the Syrian people, TurkicWorld reports citing Al-Awsat.
The ministry said the Kingdom looks forward to cooperate and work with the new Syrian government in a manner that embodies the fraternal and historical relations between the two countries and strengthens relations in all fields.
The ministry also expressed its wishes for the new Syrian government's success in achieving security, stability, and prosperity in Syria.
