Kyrgyzstan purchases large batch of influenza vaccines

Kyrgyzstan has purchased a large batch of flu vaccines, head of the epidemiological department of the Department of State Epidemiological Surveillance Dinagul Otorbaeva said Tuesday.

She noted that 67 thousand vaccines were received. At the moment there is a stage of distribution to regions of the country.

“At the end of the week, vaccination will begin in Bishkek and Chui Oblast. People at risk will be vaccinated first of all in hospitals. Vaccination will be free of charge,” Otorbaeva said.
