Uza. Tashkent hosted the International Conference on “Central Asia as a Hub of Higher Education”.
The plenary session was attended by representatives of the Central Asian region, rectors of prestigious higher education institutions, experts, and researchers from more than 20 countries.
The participants discussed the internationalization of higher education in Central Asia, the transformation in the region, and the role of higher education and innovation.
Today the conference participants will visit Samarkand. In the ancient and eternally young city, the guests will visit universities. Roundtable discussions and a cultural program will be organized.
