The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting between the Chair of the Rules Committee of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), Sheikh Talal Al-Fahad Ahmad J Al-Sabah, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee Oybek Kasymov, and Deputy Chairman of the Committee Azizjon Kamilov. The parties discussed new stages of cooperation with OCA.
The high-ranking guest appreciated the potential of Uzbekistan’s sports, especially noting that the country is one of the most active members of the OCA.
It should be noted that the Chair of the OCA Rules Committee is one of the candidates in the OCA presidential elections, which will be held on July 8.
During the meeting, he spoke in detail about his plans, which are expected to be implemented, about projects for the development of OCA and sports on our continent.
The parties exchanged views on new horizons of cooperation with the OCA and in the sports field between Kuwait and Uzbekistan.
