Türkiye's Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said parties to the Black Sea grain deal were approaching an agreement on an extension, reports TurkicWorld with the reference to Daily Sabah.
Akar’s statement on Thursday, on the sidelines of a military exercise, was quoted by the Turkish media outlets on Friday, as Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and United Nations officials convened in Istanbul earlier this week to discuss the deal.
