BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 3. A magnitude 4,7 earthquake struck the Turkish city of Baskil in the Elazig province, Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said, TurkicWorld reports.
The epicenter was located 9,85 kilometers below the surface.
