BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 19. On November 18, 2025, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, attended the ceremony held in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Turkic Academy, TurkicWorld reports.
In her address, Mrs. Raimkulova highly appreciated the activities of the Turkic Academy, noting that over the past 15 years the institution has become one of the leading scientific centers dedicated to the study of the history, language, culture and spiritual heritage of the Turkic world.
Continuing the speech, She emphasized the significant contribution of the joint projects carried out by the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation with the Turkic Academy to the preservation and promotion of the historical and cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples, expressing confidence that this fruitful cooperation will continue with even broader initiatives in the future.
The event brought together members of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States, heads of international organizations, representatives of the Government of Türkiye, leaders of academic institutions and universities, as well as high-level representatives of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), TURKSOY, TÜBA, TÜBİTAK, YTB, the UNESCO National Commission of Türkiye and other prominent institutions.
As part of the anniversary program, a book and photo exhibition was organized, and panel discussions were held on strengthening cooperation among the Turkic states.
