BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 13. On May 13, a delegation led by Richard Raši, Speaker of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, visited the Alley of Honors, TurkicWorld reports.
The delegation paid tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder and architect of the modern independent Azerbaijani state, and laid a wreath and flowers at his tomb.
