BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. On the sidelines of the meeting of the “3+3” regional consultative format, the next round of Azerbaijan-Armenia negotiations on the Treaty on Peace and Establishment of Interstate Relations has just started in Istanbul, Türkiye with the participation of Foreign Ministers Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan, Azerbaijan’s MFA shared in a post on its X page, TurkicWorld reports.
To note, the meeting of foreign ministers within the framework of the "3+3" platform is held in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Russia are taking part in the meeting.
