BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 16. Khankendi is the territory of Azerbaijan, Russian Foreign Ministry's Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a weekly briefing in response to a question from an Armenian journalist, TurkicWorld reports.
"As I understand it, we are talking about the territory of Azerbaijan. The laws of this country apply there," she said.
