ADEX defense exhibition showcases mines discovered in Azerbaijan's Khankendi

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 26. A substantial quantity of mines, primarily booby traps, made by Armenians were discovered in the liberated territory of Khankendi, chief specialist of the Operational Management, Training and Methodological Support Department of the Azerbaijani Mine Action Agency, Musa Mammadov, told TurkicWorld.

Mammadov reported that some of the mine samples found in Khankendi are being exhibited at the 5th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX in Baku.

To note, the 5th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition "ADEX" - the most large-scale event dedicated to the defense industry in the region - will be held on September 24-26 at the Baku Expo Center. In parallel, the 14th Exhibition for International Security, Safety and Rescue Equipment "Securex Caspian" will be organized.

The first ADEX exhibition was organized in 2014. Although the biennial exhibition celebrates its 5th anniversary this year, it has been operating for ten years and has been expanding the list of exhibitors and the sectors it covers from year to year.

The exhibition has brought together many companies representing more than 50 countries and about 200 official delegations during its ten years of successful activity. More than 30,000 guests have visited the exhibition over the years.
