KHANKENDI, Azerbaijan, November 8. The city of Khankendi is holding a parade on the occasion of Victory Day, November 8, TurkicWorld reports.
The parade is accompanied by a military band and includes personnel from the N military unit stationed in the city.
Representatives of the local community, and law enforcement officers, including youth and students, are also taking part in the festive procession.
The triumphal march will end at Victory Square in Khankendi.
