BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 21. A conference themed "Heydar Aliyev and Parliamentarism" is being held in Baku, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, TurkicWorld reports.
The second theme of the conference is dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the TurkPA ("15th anniversary of the TurkPA: Experience of the past, realities of the present and prospects for the future").
