Armenia starts to realize cooperation is path to stability - Azerbaijani minister

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 26. The fact that Armenia has no relations with two of its 4 neighboring countries means that it does not have 50 percent of ties, Azerbaijan's Minister of Digital Development and Transportation Rashad Nabiyev said, TurkicWorld reports.

He spoke at the 4th Silk Road Forum in Tbilisi, Georgia.

"Any regional project gives impetus to cooperation. Cooperation brings stability, and stability brings prosperity. This is the formula. When you understand this formula very well, there is no chance for people not to cooperate. Armenia has no ties with two of its 4 neighbors, which in turn shows that it has no 50 percent relations," Rashad Nabiyev noted.

He added that Azerbaijan, on the other hand, has nothing in common with only one of its 5 neighbors, which in turn is 20 percent. It is good that Armenia has started to understand the formula mentioned earlier: cooperation - stability - prosperity.
