BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 1. The information disseminated by the Armenian side that the Azerbaijani army units allegedly pose a threat to the Armenian civilian population has no basis, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told TurkicWorld.
"The units of the Azerbaijani army take the necessary countermeasures against the provocations of the units of the Armenian armed forces and open fire only on legitimate military targets," said the ministry.
