A Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace

BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1.

On October 30, 2025, within the framework of the working visit of the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, to Istanbul (Türkiye), a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Foundation and the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace (GCTP), TurkicWorld reports.

The document was signed by the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, and the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, Mr. Ahmed Aljarwan.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to expand cooperation in the promotion of cultural heritage, peace, and tolerance values, to strengthen mutual understanding, and to implement joint projects.

During the meeting, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova spoke about the Foundation’s activities aimed at preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world at the international level and expressed confidence that this cooperation would create new opportunities for cultural dialogue.

In turn, Mr. Ahmed Aljarwan emphasized the important role of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation in promoting peace and intercultural understanding and noted that the implementation of future joint initiatives would contribute to strengthening international cooperation.

It was stated that the signed document will serve to further deepen mutual relations in the implementation of upcoming projects.
