BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 13. On August 25, a parade and exhibition of classic cars will be held in Baku, organized by the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation (AAF), TurkicWorld reports.
Cars manufactured before 1984 will take part in the traditional parade. To participate in the parade, owners of classic cars can register by info@faa.az or calling (+99450) 295 01 00 until August 15.
Before the parade, an exhibition of classic cars will be organized in the seaside National Park. In addition to the cars registered with the AAF, some classic cars presented in the permanent exhibition of the Heydar Aliyev Center will take part in the parade along the route seaside National Park - Heydar Aliyev Center - Dreamland Golf Club. Each of these cars, produced in different years, will attract attention not only with its appearance, which is different from modern cars and evokes nostalgic feelings, but also with an interesting history.
At the end of the route there will be a classic car exhibition at Dreamland Golf Club. Everyone will have the opportunity to take beautiful pictures in front of these cars and learn more about the history and features of classic cars. A retro-style concert and entertainment program with the participation of famous performers will be presented at Dreamland Golf Club, and winners will also be selected in various categories for quizzes, clothing and cars.
